Refund & Returns Policy

At Lil Green Sprouts, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We gladly accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • The item was not on clearance or final sale

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer’s expense.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos

  3. We will review and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Any items that have been opened, used, washed, or are not in their original condition and packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Return an Item

Please contact our team at team@lilgreensprouts.com.au before sending any items back. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
